The history of Adams Group is a long road that ledfrom a small company to a stable manufacturerthat produces several hundred thousand pieces of upholstered furniture annually. We consistently invest in the company's infrastructure. We are in the process of an investment aimed at creating an office complex and production and logistics facilities. The project will ultimately include, among others: four production halls with a total area of ​​40,000 m2 m2 are equipped withmodern production lines and automation systems.

From Beginnings to Power: Our Company's Journey

We weren't a big producer right away. However, our company has developed consistently, and some of our employees have been with us from the beginning until today!


The beginnings of business

We started our business in our home garage. We produced several pieces of furniture a week. However, the first steps on the Allegro platform meant that the business developed quickly.


Start export

In a short time, we started exporting our furniture outside Poland, to other European countries. The first foreign market we entered was Great Britain.


Infrastructure expansion

Our needs were growing - we started building new production and warehouse halls.



We moved our production to Ligota - a small town near Ostrzeszów (Greater Poland Voivodeship), creating more jobs.


Consistent development

We decided to expand further sales channels, and therefore production and individual areas of the company. At that time, our company cooperated with approximately 80 external companies and employed 200 employees.


Large investments

We have started the largest investment in our history, which was the construction of an office building with a complex of four production halls with a total area of ​​40,000 m2. m2, three buffer warehouses, a parking lot for 450 passenger cars, 180 buses and 50 trucks.


Dynamic changes

The company is not only about buildings, but above all about people. Our recruiters conducted thousands of interviews and meetings throughout the year to recruit management staff and employees at all levels step by step. Every day we build a well-coordinated team of employees who are passionately involved in the processes that lead our company to success.


Stable growth

We opened the year with a large corporate event that summed up two years of dynamic investments. We invited all employees to celebrate our successful growth. We also won the prestigious "Good Business for the Commune" award. We are among 41 companies from all over Poland that have a significant positive impact on the development of local communities and cooperate harmoniously with the local government.


Expansion to new markets

Our goal is to enter new markets. We care about the continuous and wise development of our employees. We also consistently work on our product portfolio, which is the basis of our business. We make sure to maintain a stable situation in all areas in changing market and political conditions.
